Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds if a team has to cancel after registering.
We cap registration for each division separately. Please join the waitlist so we can notify you if additional court slots become available. You may also contact us at npesbasketball@gmail.com if your division is sold out to be notified. The waitlist does not reserve a spot; when spots open, registration is first-come, first-served.
If we are unable to schedule your team for two games, we will refund 50% of the registration amount.
Please contact us at npesbasketball@gmail.com prior to registering. We cannot guarantee specific time slots due to event logistics and limited court availability. However we will attempt to accommodate your request if possible.
Generally, younger kids (e.g., 4th & 5th grades) play first thing in the morning, moving up in age so that the oldest kids (e.g., 7th and 8th grades) play later in the afternoons. The final schedule will be posted approximately 1 week prior to the event.
